Mission

Kendra Scott, the upscale jewelry retailer, wanted to leverage and transform their storefront to promote and bring awareness to their newest feature of complimentary engraving in stores.

Challenges

Traditional signage in the storefront didn’t make sense for this luxury retailer and Kendra Scott was struggling to bring awareness and educate the retailer's customers on their newest feature of complimentary engravings.

Strategy

Our strategy was to create a sexy, sleek, and scalable, digital storefront solution that educates passer-byers and potential customers of the complimentary engraving feature. Being a luxury retailer we couldn’t just throw a big bulky TV into the retailers storefronts instead we created a custom enclosure with framing and Kendra Scott branding to maintain luxury brand standards from every angle.

Results

Tom Nolan, chief executive of Kendra Scott, a fashion jewelry business with 119 locations, said that its sales were up “materially” over both last year and 2019 and that he expected the performance to continue through the end of the year. “People have money to spend, they’re excited to be back out in the world again, they’re excited to be back with their families this holiday season,” Mr. Nolan said.
