Strategy & Planning
Before your solution comes to life, we put the time in to ensure you hit the ground running. A dedicated account manager will coordinate with your in-house marketing team or AOR to align on content best practices and how to use our software to deploy media.
Delivery & Launch
Our technology kits ship directly to the store where our certified technicians will install your solution, typically in less than 2 hours. We coordinate with store managers to ensure a minimally disruptive installation, usually when the store is closed.
Once installed, our service-level agreement covers the warranty of all hardware. We remotely monitor systems 24/7 to diagnose and promptly resolve any issue. Should questions arise, check our documentation and video tutorials, or submit a support ticket.
