OUR PROCESS

We take a personalized approach to understanding client pain points and helping them reach their digital transformation goals.

Exploration & Discovery
Phase 1

We start with a series of discovery meetings to better understand who you are as a brand, and what your digital transformation needs are. We’ll explore your goals, concerns, budget and more. This crucial phase ensures all parties are aligned on vision and objective.

Solution Design & Engineering
Phase 2

With a high-level understanding of your digital transformation goals, we can dive deeper into designing a custom-tailored solution. We’ll discuss locations, develop concepts, make recommendations, and talk pricing and timelines.

Strategy & Planning
Phase 3

Before your solution comes to life, we put the time in to ensure you hit the ground running. A dedicated account manager will coordinate with your in-house marketing team or AOR to align on content best practices and how to use our software to deploy media.

Delivery & Launch
Phase 4

Our technology kits ship directly to the store where our certified technicians will install your solution, typically in less than 2 hours. We coordinate with store managers to ensure a minimally disruptive installation, usually when the store is closed.

Support Services
Phase 5

Once installed, our service-level agreement covers the warranty of all hardware. We remotely monitor systems 24/7 to diagnose and promptly resolve any issue. Should questions arise, check our documentation and video tutorials, or submit a support ticket.

FAQ

Some of the most common questions we get from customers.

Yes. Through years of research and development, we’ve refined our brightness parameters to ensure our displays (whether projection or LCD-based) are viewable across varying ambient light levels, including direct sunlight.

Typically, we charge an upfront Implementation Fee followed by a monthly recurring Software/Service Subscription. But, depending on client needs, our solutions can be financed as an ongoing OpEx or purchased outright as a CapEx.

Once a Solution Agreement has been executed, our typical lead-time is 3-5 weeks. For multi-unit deployments of 25+ stores, we require 6-8 weeks.

A typical engagement is 24 months. However, we do offer a no-commitment, month-to-month option as well.

A typical installation takes approximately 2 hours, and is usually performed when the store is close. Our structured approach to solution-design minimizes disruption within the retail environment.

All display solutions are installed inside the store. Projection-based solutions are ceiling-mounted, and vary in method depending on the type of ceiling. Monitor-based solutions can be mounted from the floor or the ceiling.

It depends. Our solutions can be powered by a standard 110-volt outlet, but the placement of the existing outlet will determine if we recommend installing an alternate outlet in order to improve the overall system aesthetic. Form factor and in-store experience matters to us.

Cities often regulate street-facing signage in some capacity, and you must play by the rules or risk being fined. Aside from the city, it’s a best practice of ours to encourage our clients to seek permission from their Landlord; retail leases are often lengthy and vague. As part of the discovery process, our team will help you navigate any municipal ordinances.

If you’ve ever worked in retail, you know how unreliable store WiFi can be. For this reason, we’ve partnered with several major telecom companies and offer reliable, seamless, off-net connectivity.

No. We can piggyback off of your in-store WiFi or ethernet. But, the due diligence and custom IT protocols and firewall changes can take weeks, significantly pushing back lead time. Also, we have no control over the reliability of the connection and can't intercede if a problem arises.

If you have content on your display, it will continue to play, regardless of the status of your internet connection. If new media is uploaded while the connection is down, it will be processed queued for deployment as soon as connection is reestablished.

For projection-based solutions, we install projectors 8-12 feet off the ground, and use features like keystone and lens shift to ensure the laser-projection is never blocked or obscured, even if customers are or product are directly in front of the display.

Our browser-based content management system allows users to upload and deploy content to one, or all displays simultaneously – from a single location, on any device.

For each activation we offer a CMS on-boarding with a dedicated account manager that takes about an hour. You'll also have access to tutorials, documentation and ticketed support.

For small and medium-sized businesses, we do offer a retainer for creative services. For Fortune 1000 clients, we typically work closely with their internal marketing teams and/or agency of record to guide the development of new content or repurpose existing assets. No. As an end-to-end solution provider, our tech packages include full warranty and support. We cannot warranty a piece of hardware that we have no prior history with. Also, we choose hardware packages based on the brightness and visibility parameters of the specific environment we're installing at – using existing hardware doesn't allow us to

Our rear projection films offer unmatched optical clarity, color uniformity and ultra-wide viewing angles. Over the years years, we’ve tested dozens of rear projection films from around the world and none met our high standards. So, we created out own.

We operate under a standard SLA. Should something happen to the display, we’ll diagnose the issue and provide a prompt recommendation for resolution. With 24/7 remote monitoring, the vast majority of all complications can be resolved remotely.
